CSDE Affiliates Nathalie Williams (Sociology) and Abraham Flaxman (Global Health) were both featured in a recent article on Salon.com that details the difficulties of measuring the enduring impacts of armed conflict. The news also cites a publication from Williams and colleagues entitled “The long-lasting effect of armed conflicts deaths on the living: Quantifying family bereavement” in Science advances.
